1-hour of dance cardio mixed with toning exercises to work your whole body. Learn dance routines to trending music and old school hits.
You do not have to be “a dancer” to enjoy this class.

Sculpt
1-hour of toning exercises using your own body weight, light weights (2 to 3 lbs) & a floor mat.
Targeting often neglected accessory muscles and performing functional exercises that strengthen your everyday life.
