You don’t have to be a “dancer” to enjoy and benefit from this class. Set to upbeat, popular music, the class consists of one hour of dance cardio mixed with toning exercises to sculpt your whole body. It’s all about letting loose and having fun (while torching calories!)

Join us for Slime-making & a Dance class! Monday, January 16 (MLK Day / No School) from 12:30p – 2:30 pm @ Bright Bowls. Enjoy a 1-hour slime-making class with the “Slime Sisters” and a 1-hour Dance class with Jenny! Wear your gym shoes. No equipment is needed. $50 per person.

**Refunds are only allowed with cancelations at least 24 hours before class. .
