Dance Sculpt

Wednesdays @ 7:00 PM-8:00 PM
Outdoors at 378 Oakland (Outside in Garage) in Highland Park

You don’t have to be a “dancer” to enjoy and benefit from this class. Set to upbeat, popular music, the class consists of one hour of dance cardio mixed with toning exercises to sculpt your whole body. It’s all about letting loose and having fun (while torching calories!) No equipment is necessary.

Indoors at Bright Bowls (777 Central Ave. Highland Park)
Class capacity is 10 people. *For indoor classes, you must be vaccinated 

This one-hour class is perfect for those who want to tone without the dance cardio. Work your entire body with various exercises to elongate and sculpt.
You’ll need a yoga mat and 2 to 5 lb weights.
