You don’t have to be a “dancer” to enjoy and benefit from this class. Set to upbeat, popular music, the class consists of one hour of dance cardio mixed with toning exercises to sculpt your whole body. It’s all about letting loose and having fun (while torching calories!) No equipment is necessary.
